The strengths is that it brings a culturally diverse way of making chips into bars it seems as though it is an upscale snack if a company is willing to go above and beyond to create or bring a delicacy from a different country into american bars is a step in the direction of their goal. Their goal which is to bring people closer. To get people out of their own lives and talk to communicate to live!
The weaknesses is that no matter how much you explain the snack at the end of the day it is just a chip. Chips can be sold anywhere for a much more reasonable price. What does this specific chip bring to the table. You can even make your own chips at home. So other chips sold at a cheaper price can definitely hurt this products ability to outshine its competitors. Thats where our team for promotion has to come in.
Opportunities.... its a healthy snack it provides the saltiness that the other chips provide but not the fact of it being a potato chip. People want to be healthy but when you drink who cares you want salty and greasy foods thats where if you can get both you'll think your being healthy while eating this snack right?
